Summer is basically here !!! please remember chocolate can melt. Please make sure to bring your order inside as fast as you can. We are now packing all orders with ice packs but this does not protect them from direct sunlight and it can melt.
Once an order reaches the post office, it is no longer in our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for delays or damages made by USPS to your package. In the event that your item arrives to you damaged due to USPS please file a claim with USPS for a refund directly with them.
